Amazon China’s E-commerce Market Share Rises Slightly in 2013 In 2013, Alibaba’s Tmall online shopping site accounted for 50.1% of total B2C retail e-commerce sales. JD’s market share remained stable by accounting for 22.4% of the transaction share. Suning came in the thrid place by accounting for 4.9% of the transaction share. Compared to 2012, market share of the top four e-commerce players including Tmall, JD, Suning and Tencent remained stable and the ranking did not change in 2013. Amazon China rose from sixth place to fifth while Vancl fell from the fifth to tenth. New egg dropped out of the top 10 e-commerce players in China.
